AncoraOak shares fund documents, development packets and diligence material through private rooms. Each room is reached by its own link, and every link is checked against the live access policy before any content is shown.
If you have a room link
Open it directly. The link carries an opaque token; it is the only way in. You will be asked for your email address and then for a six-digit code sent to it. The code is typed into the same tab, so there is no clickable link in the email for a mail scanner to open on your behalf.
If you do not have one
Rooms are issued to named recipients, so there is nothing to browse here. Ask your AncoraOak contact to send you the room link for the material you need.
What to expect inside
- Documents are shown as page images in your browser. Depending on the room, downloading may be disabled.
- Pages may carry a watermark with your email address and the date.
- Access can be time-limited and can be withdrawn at any point. A withdrawn link stops working on the next page you turn.
- Every access is recorded: who opened the room, when, and which pages were read.
Every access is on the record and every leak is attributable.
